These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by A'Thurayya for Higher Education ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website (athurayya.com), mobile application, and educational journey programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
A'Thurayya for Higher Education provides educational travel and study abroad programs in the United Kingdom. Our services include arranging English language courses, accommodation, transportation, supervision, and cultural activities for students.
2. Eligibility
- Our programs are available to students aged 12 years and above.
- Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.
- Parents or guardians are required to create a parent account and provide all necessary documentation.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Enrollment
- Enrollment in educational journeys is subject to availability and acceptance.
- Subscription plans, pricing, and included services are detailed on our platform at the time of enrollment.
- We reserve the right to modify plan offerings, pricing, and schedules with reasonable advance notice.
- Upon enrollment, a subscription agreement is created outlining the specific terms of your journey.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment amounts and schedules are established at the time of subscription enrollment.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment through Bank Muscat SmartPay.
- All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services as outlined in your subscription agreement.
- Payment schedules must be adhered to as agreed upon during enrollment.
6. Service Delivery
Our educational services are delivered as follows:
- Pre-departure: Orientation sessions, documentation assistance, and travel preparation support provided remotely.
- During Journey: English language courses at partner schools in the UK, supervised accommodation, transportation, cultural activities, and 24/7 support.
- Post-journey: Certificates, academic reports, and continued support as applicable.
Journey schedules, destinations, and activities are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, school schedules, travel restrictions).
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation terms and refund procedures.
8. Student Conduct
- Students must comply with all rules and regulations of partner schools and accommodation facilities.
- Students must follow the instructions of supervisors and program coordinators.
- Any behavior that endangers the safety of the student or others may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
- Students must comply with UK laws and regulations during their stay.
9. Travel Documents and Insurance
- Students and their guardians are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
- We may assist with visa applications, but approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
- Travel and health insurance coverage details are included in the subscription plan.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We exercise due care and diligence in the selection of partner schools, accommodation, and service providers.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific subscription.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and application, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of A'Thurayya for Higher Education and is protected by intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
